Tomohisa Yamashita flew to Los Angeles to work with super producer Jeff Miyahara and myself. The sessions were so much fun. We worked out of 3 iconic LA landmarks including East West Studios, Chalice Recording and Resonate Music to record the song that became ‘Your Step’. It was a single on the album ‘YOU’ and then was later included on the album ‘Best Album’. The production and recording process was documented on the DVD special that accompanied the deluxe version.
