Producer FAQ.
What does a music producer do?
A music producer is the creative and organizational lead on a recording. The producer shapes arrangement, sound, and emotional arc — bringing in the right musicians, choosing instrumentation, coaching vocal performances, and steering the project from idea to finished master.
What is the difference between a producer and a vocal producer?
A vocal producer focuses specifically on getting the best vocal performance — coaching, comping, edit/tune/timing. A full producer owns the whole record. I do both.
Do you take on full-production projects?
Yes. From acoustic guitar and a voice all the way to a finished record — session musicians, arrangement, the right room, the right vision.
Have you worked on American Idol?
Yes. 50+ American Idol singles, plus vocal production across television, film, and major artist releases.
What genres do you produce?
Pop, Latin, K-pop, R&B, rock, and film/TV. Grammy and Latin Grammy recognition across genres.
