1. Acceptance

By accessing jonrezin.com ("the Site") or its public API, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Site.

2. Use of Site

Content is provided for informational purposes only. All audio, images, video, and text are © Jon Rezin or the respective rights holders. You may not reproduce, redistribute, or commercially exploit any content without written permission. Reasonable personal viewing, sharing of links, and editorial fair use are permitted.

3. Services

Mixing, mastering, production, and vocal production services are delivered under separate written agreements. Rates, turnaround, deposits, refund policy, and revision rounds are quoted per project. Nothing on this Site constitutes a binding offer to perform services.

4. API Usage

The public API at /api/v1/* is provided for informational and agent-assisted inquiry use. Rate limits apply — typically 60 requests per hour per IP. Commercial scraping, mirroring, model training, or redistribution of API responses without written permission is prohibited. We reserve the right to throttle, block, or revoke access at any time.

5. User-Submitted Content

Forms (including the Work With Me intake) collect information you voluntarily provide. By submitting, you authorize Jon Rezin and authorized representatives to contact you regarding your inquiry. Submissions may be retained indefinitely unless deletion is requested. See our Privacy Policy.

6. Intellectual Property & DMCA

If you believe content on this Site infringes your copyright, send a notice meeting the requirements of 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3) to our designated agent: [email protected]. Notices must include identification of the work, the infringing material, your contact information, a good-faith statement, and a sworn statement of accuracy.

7. Third-Party Links

The Site links to third-party platforms (Spotify, YouTube, Instagram, partner sites such as fluxcode.studio, freshfoodnetwork.org, 9starmedia.com, hearthewritings.com). We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those services.

8. Disclaimers

The Site and API are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranty of any kind, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Site will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, in no event shall Jon Rezin or affiliated entities be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from use of the Site, the API, or any service performed. Aggregate liability for any direct claim shall not exceed USD $100 or the amount paid to Jon Rezin in the twelve months preceding the claim, whichever is greater.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Jon Rezin, his affiliates, and authorized representatives from any claim, loss, or expense (including reasonable attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Site, your breach of these Terms, or your violation of any law or third-party right.

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms. The "Last updated" date above reflects the current revision.

12. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. Any dispute shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California, and you consent to that exclusive jurisdiction and venue.

13. Severability

If any provision of these Terms is held unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.
